This is the most comprehensive and informative release list for the Macintosh gaming community. Take the release dates with an ion of salt because they are VERY tentative!  In fact, some of these titles may never see daylight.

• A-10 Attack - ParSoft Publishing (Designed by Eric Parker who designed the
   award-winning Hellcats over the Pacific.  A-10 is supposedly used by real
   simulation pilots and still runs on a Mac at super high fps.  It is rumored that this
   flight sim contains some really advanced breakthroughs never seen before)
• Arc of Doom (Released) - SunStar Publishing
• 2044: The Overthrow (CD-ROM) - Spiral Matrix (A futuristic adventure game)
• Air Warrior - GameTek/Kesmai Corporation (Will support stand-alone play,
   head-to-head and the GEnie multi-player option.  Includes all new ground graphics
   and 3D shading models)
• Better Dead (CD-ROM) - ARTSector One Inc. (Enter a strange, ominous,
   breathtaking photorealistic 3D world where you seek out and implement
   humankinds one last, desperate hope for survival)
• Breakthru - Spectrum Holobyte (A strategy game that requires players to raze a
   wall, brick by brick.  The bricks are arranged by color.  Beyond the wall lie the
   evening skylines of international cities, such as Berlin, New York and San
   Francisco)
• Citadel of the Dead (Re-released) - MicroLeague (RPG re-released under the
   MicroLeague label.
• The Classic 5 - MacPlay
• Clue (CD-ROM) - Virgin Interactive
• Dark Castle 1994 - Delta Tao (An updated, colorized version of this classic
   arcade/adventure game)
• Dragon's Lair (CD-ROM) - ReadySoft
• Dynasty League Baseball - Design Depot (A highly detailed strategic baseball
   simulation)
• F/A-18 Hornet 2.0 - Graphic Simulations (Upgrade will run native on PowerMacs
   and add other minor improvements)
• F/A-18 Hornet Mission Disk: Crisis in Korea - Graphic Simulations
• Harpoon Classic (CD-ROM) (Released) - Alliance (A major update of this classic
   strategy game which will also include all expansion modules on the same CD)
* Inherit the Earth: Orb Quest (CD-ROM) (Released) - New World Computing
    (Transports the player to a world of beauty and intrigue.  The Orb of Storms has
    been stolen and you have only days to get to the bottom of the mystery of the missing
    Orb)
• In Search of the Fabulous Fuzzbox (CD-ROM) - MacPlay (A Macromind Director
   comic-book like CD-ROM game)
• International Tennis Open (CD-ROM) - Brainstorm Software (Includes many
    options like types of courts, practice rounds, and control difficulty levels.  Also
    included are actual live announcers giving the play by play of the match)
• Leisure Suit Larry 6 (CD-ROM) - Sierra (Enhanced for CD-ROM with full speech)
• Microsoft Arcade - Microsoft (A collection of classic arcade games)
• Mighty Mike with Automatic Recoil - Pangea Software (As Mighty Mike, the most
   powerful action figure money can buy, your goal is to rescue Fuzzy Bunnies who
   have somehow gone loose in a Toy store)
• Night Trap (Released) - Digital Pictures
• Out of the Sun - Domark (Released) (A World War II flight sim which gives
   players the ability to fly either side in any one of four different scenarios,
   including Midway and the Battle of Britain.  Also includes realistically detailed
   aircraft from that era with super-accurate flight models, and numerous mission
   including air-to-air, combat, bombing, and torpedo runs.  Will run on regular
   Macs and Power Macs)
• Quantum Gate (CD-ROM) - Hyperbole Studios (Features VirtualCinema™, a 3-D
   navigable environment, to create the familiar look and pace of traditional movies.
   The game takes place in 2057 and Earth has only five years to live because of
   terrifying pollution. You star in the role of Drew Griffin, a medical student
   stationed on Planet AJ3905, a mining post with a mineral that can reverse Earth’s
   environmental death. Your job is to save Earth)
• Quest for Glory 4 - Sierra (The fourth installment of the adventure/RPG series.
   Quest for Glory 2 & 3 were never made for the Mac)
• Robinson's Requiem - Readysoft (A heavily puzzle-orientated adventure game
   where the player takes on the role of a hotshot FBI agent sent on a suicide mission)
• Royal Flush - Amtex Software
• Sid & Al's Incredible Toons - Dynamix (Essentially a wacked out version of The
   Incredible Machine)
* Sim Farm - Maxis
• Spaceward Ho! 4.0 - Delta Tao (Will contain all new graphics and network play
    over AOL)
* Star Trek Interactive Technical Manual (CD-ROM) (Released) - Simon &
    Schuster
• Strategic Conquest 4.0 - Delta Tao (Update to the classic wargame.  Two new units,
   new algorithms)
* Tom Landry Football Deluxe (Released) - Merit (A major update to the original.
    A new editing feature allows users to insert the names of real NFL players)
• Total Distortion (CD-ROM) - Pop Rocket (Billed as the first "Music Video
   Adventure Game" in which the player travels to the "Distortion Dimension" in
   search of fresh material for music videos. Mingle with virtual rock stars and make
   your own music videos. The game is filled with interactive 3D animation,
   challenging games, talking characters, and creative activities)
• Trivial Pursuit (CD-ROM) - Virgin Interactive
• Tubular Worlds - Dongleware (An arcade/action game which features advanced
   SIZPIX graphics routines, allowing simultaneous and super fast animation of large
   numbers of game objects.  Beautifully detailed, morphed and rendered sprites add to
   the visual appeal of this stunning arcade experience)
• Virtual Valerie 2 (CD-ROM) - Reactor (New graphics and sophisticated 3D
   modeling, animation, digitized sound effects, and an original music score)
* Virtual Vegas - Volume I - (Released) - Virtual Vegas Inc.
• Warlords 2 - SSG (Much more advanced than the original Warlords, with more
   monsters, changing map, and more units)
* Wolfenstein 3D: Second Encounter (Released) - MacPlay (Contains 27 more
    levels, more weapons, more enemies, and more music)
• Wolfpack (CD-ROM & Floppy) - Novalogic (The player takes command of either a
    WWII submarine wolfpack or the surface fleet.  Historically accurate, your
    weapons and instruments are precisely keyed to the war year that you choose to
    play.  A full construction set is included to allow you to re-create actual battles.

* Avatar: Principles of Conflict (CD-ROM) - Changeling Software (A collection of
   five chess variations intended for the chess enthusiast who wants to explore
   variations; and the chess innocent who wants to experience chess from new and
   exciting perspectives.  PowerMac and 68k versions)
• Corpse Killer - Digital Pictures
• Flashback - MacPlay (Loosely based on Out of this World, but much more detailed)
* Flight Commander 2 - Avalon Hill (In this new version of Flight Commander, also
    by Charles Moylan, there are many new challenges that make the player use the
    brain, not the joystick.  Play against a tough computer opponent or against a live
    opponent in person or by E-Mail)
•  Grandmaster Chess - Capstone
* Mad Dog McCree (CD-ROM) - American Laser Games (Interactive shooting game
    with real live motion picture action.  Mad Dog and his men have kidnapped the
    town's Mayor and his daughter. To save the town, you will be challenged by a saloon
    full of outlaws, a hair-raising bank robbery, gunfighters, a slew of Old West
    ambushes, and Mad Dog himself)
• Marathon - Bungie Software (Similar to Doom on the PC but will employ
   more advanced technology including network play and 16-bit graphics)
•  Onslaught - Frontal Assaultware, Inc.
* The Pagemaster (CD-ROM) - Turner Interactive (An animated adventure game
    based on an upcoming Macaulay Culkin movie of the same name)
• Planetfall (CD-ROM) - Activision/Infocom (The sequel to the original best selling
   adventure game. Will feature live actors and an animated Floyd, the robot, against
   computer-rendered 3D backrounds)
• Viper (CD-ROM) - Cyberflix (Cancelled) (Based on the Paramount television
   series of the same name)
• Voyeur (CD-ROM) - MacPlay (A political thriller)
• Worlds of Xeen (CD-ROM) - New World Computing (Huge RPG combining Might &
   Magic 4 & 5 on one CD-ROM disc)

December
• The 11th Hour (CD-ROM) - Virgin Games (Sequel to The 7th Guest.  This two-CD
   game features over sixty minutes of live-action video, professional actors,
   movie-like plot twists, and stunning special effects)
• Alone in the Dark - MacPlay (This outstanding looking horror/action-adventure
   game features amazing 3D graphics with up to nine different camera angles,
   depending on your location in the room)
• Assault on Everest (CD-ROM) - Take 2 Interactive (An interactive
   edutainment-oriented voyage)
• The Daedalus Encounter (CD-ROM) - Mechadeus/Media Vision (An
   action-adventure science fiction title starring Tia Carrere whose movie credits
   include Wayne's World and Rising Sun. The object of the game is to save the heroes
   on an alien spaceship.  The player interfaces with the actors using an on-screen
   mobile probe with extra-sensory capabilities.  The game evolves through multiple
   plot twists and endings, which are triggered by the different moves the player
   makes)
• Dungeon Master 2 - MacPlay (Sequel to the highly popular Dungeon Master which
   was never made for the Mac.  The artwork is being completely redone for the Mac
   version of this 3D RPG)
• Bureau 13 (CD-ROM) - Take 2 Interactive (An interactive graphic adventure)
• Castle of Dr. Brain 3 - Sierra
• Castle of Dr. Brain 3 (CD-ROM) - Sierra (Enhanced for CD-ROM with full speech)
* King's Quest 7 (CD-ROM) - Sierra (Features hi-res graphics and Disney
    animation)
• Lemmings 2 - Psygnosis (Features 12 brand new tribes of Lemmings as well as
   digitized Lemming voices)
* Loony Labyrinth Pinball - StarPlay Productions (Based on an original design
    featuring a wacky maze and pursuit of the Loony Stone. Players are challenged by
    three flippers, three 3D ramps, and three multi-ball play.  The design is enhanced
    with the intricate graphics and wide array of spectacular sound effects)
• Master of Orion - Take 2 Interactive (A strategic space sim that puts players to the
   task of creating an empire that will stretch across the entire galaxy)
* NFL Challenge Premium Edition - XOR (A major update to the original in full
    color)
• Police Quest 4 - Sierra (The fourth installment of the realistic Police Quest series.
   Police Quest 2 & 3 were never made for the Mac.  Will use photorealistic
   graphics)
• Skullcracker (CD-ROM) - Cyberflix (An arcade horror title like no other)
• Star Trek, Deep Space Nine: The Hunt (CD-ROM & Floppy) - Paramount Interactive
   An adventure game based on the TV series where players take the role of a
   Federation officer, Klingon, Ferengi, or Bajoran)
• Star Trek: Judgement Rites - MacPlay (Sequel to Star Trek's 25th Anniversary)
• Terminus (CD-ROM) - Reactor (An innovative science fiction interactive movie.
   Advanced  graphics, 3D animation, rich characterizations and a sweeping music
   score combine to transport the player to Terminus Island, a forbidden zone of mad
   metal monsters and ravenous necro-zombies) (Formally Screaming Metal)
• War Patrol -  Alliance (A WWII submarine simulator.  The initial BattleSet will be
    for the Allied Pacific campaign)
* Wolfenstein 3D: Third Encounter - MacPlay (Contains 60 more levels)

January 1995
• Air Warrior 2 -  Alliance (Will feature a stronger single player mode, support for
   more plane types and a vastly improved graphics model)
• All-Pro Video Football (CD-ROM) - Accolade (Simulates an All-Star game utilizing
    the names and statistics of 51 real players from the NFLPA and the team logos of
    the American and National Football Conferences.  Features original video footage and
    color commentary from Al Michaels and Pat Haden)
• Blood Net - Take 2 Interactive (A Cyberpunk Vampire game.  Recruit cyberpunks,
   range rangers, mercenaries, and hackers to aid in your fight against the vampires.
   Immerse yourself in the bizarre virtual reality of cyberspace, where anything is
   possible. Experience a breakthrough in role-playing with astonishing 3-D
   Hallucinographic art)
• Colonization - Microprose (Focuses on a single era in history from
  1500-1800—the discovery, exploration, and colonization of the New World.
  Players control either English, French, Dutch, or Spanish colonists in the New
   World.  The goal of the game is to oversee economic, military, and political growth
   as you strive to establish independence from the
   mother country while competing with other colonies for control of the New World)
* Crime Patrol (CD-ROM) - American Laser Games (A multi-level live-action
    thriller which challenges the player to progress through police ranks, battling a
    variety of criminal elements)
• Dark Streets (CD-ROM) - Cyberflix (An electronic film noire)
• Doom - Id Software (The best-selling 3D texture-mapped action game on the PC)
• Doom 2 - Id Software (Sequel to Doom with more levels and more enemies)
• Dust (CD-ROM) - Cyberflix (An interactive tale of a lawless town in the wild west)
• Gabriel Knight (CD-ROM) - Sierra (CD-ROM version will feature voices from a
    fine cast of Hollywood actors including Tim Curry, Mark Hamill, Michael Dorn,
    Efram Zimbalist Jr, and Rocky Carol)
• The Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time (CD-ROM) - Presto Studios (This
    sequel promises live-action video, advanced sound, better speed, and graphics
    effects)
• Phantasmagoria (CD-ROM) - Sierra (The terryfying story of a woman fighting for
    her life against the forces of evil.  Features an ultra-realistic 3-D rendered world
    in which characters have free movement.  Will come on 3 CD-ROMs)
• Police Quest 4 (CD-ROM) - Sierra (Enhanced for CD-ROM with full speech)
• Rivers of Dawn (CD-ROM) - New World Computing (a Multimedia RPG title that
   gives the player FULL control over full motion, 30fps, video characters.  Rod
   Roddenberry, the late Gene Roddenberry's son, has been tapped to play the lead role
   in Rivers of Dawn.  This game is also said to contain a high level of playability not
   found in other CD-ROM games.  Acclaimed artist Pepe Moreno of Hell Cab fame will
   design the graphics for this game)
• Sorcerer (CD-ROM) - Softstream International (A medieval fantasy adventure
   game on CD-ROM. It features full-screen, 3D 16-bit rendered graphics, a
   well-crafted plot and an original soundtrack by orchestral composer Eric Speier)

February
• FLIGHT Unlimited - Looking Glass Technologies (An extremely realistic looking
   flight sim that is designed to help the user learn how to fly through 25 interactive
   lessons.  After players get their feet wet, pilots can test their aerobatic skills in
   competitions where judges score aerobatic performances and award prize money to
   players.  The money can then be used to customize their own planes.  Probably
   PowerMac only)
• HELL: A Cyberpunk Thriller (CD-ROM) - Take 2 Interactive (A multimedia
   adventure game that will feature top Hollywood actors such as Dennis Hopper, Grace
   Jones, Geoffrey Holder, and Stephanie Seymour)

March
• Harpoon 2 - Three-Sixty Pacific (This sequel will incorporate new graphics, a
   better interface, and smarter artificial intelligence.  The first BattleSet will
   consist of 20 challenging scenarios focusing on contemporary hotspots around the
   world.  Other new features include live-action video sequences of weapon launches
   and target strikes, and two-player modem play)
• Super Wing Commander (CD-ROM) - Origin (Space combat simulator based on the
   classic and very popular Wing Commander series for the PC.  Will be ported from
   the 3DO version)
• X - First Star/Imagine It Inc. (Described as the first Macintosh, real time, 3D,
   fully interactive, science fiction graphic adventure to take place in “walk, ride, or
   fly anywhere” texture mapped environments.  The graphic engine, which builds on
   the technology used in First Star’s early 1994 release of Astro Chase 3D, will allow
   players to travel and explore whole cities, underwater caverns, pulsating arteries
   of a giant beast, corridors of a future orbiting space station....basically anything
   players can imagine)

2nd Quarter and beyond
• Beyond Squad Leader - Avalon Hill/Atomic (A computerized version of Advanced
   Squad Leader with outstanding graphics)
• Darkseed 2 (CD-ROM & Floppy) - Cyberdreams (Picks up where the first Dark
   Seed left off, and will involve even more diabolical machinations by the aliens of the
   “Dark World”. Also will feature more digitized audio and animations, and most
    importantly to game enthusiasts, an expanded story and improved puzzle
    structure)
* Hellraiser (CD-ROM) - Magnet Interactive (An interactive CD-ROM game based on
    Clive Baker's Hellraiser movie series.  The game will offer players "a horrifying
    cyber world of fast-paced chases, deadly  traps, clever opponents and a catacomb
    maze."  The disc will offer 30 hours of playing time)
• The Hunters of Ralk (CD-ROM) - Cyberdreams (A RPG with an exciting new 3-D
    engine in an all new gaming universe from the mind of the acknowledged master in
    role-playing and fantasy invention, Gary Gygax, who is the legendary creator of
    Advanced Dungeons & Dragons)
• I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream (CD-ROM & Floppy) - Cyberdreams (Takes the
   player on a mind puzzling journey into the belly of a super computer where one
   must experience a bizarre and ever changing world. The player lives through the
   experiences of five different characters to defeat an all-powerful super computer
   who has destroyed all of humanity)
• Titanic (CD-ROM) - Cyberflix (An adventure/thriller onboard the doomed ocean
    liner)
